In order to take advantage of this, employee must sign an acknowledgement that should, for any reason, an employee no longer remain part of CMM while still in a state of negative PTO (having been paid PTO they have not accrued), CMM will withhold the un-accrued amount of paid PTO from the final pay check. This remains true in the event of the employee having a previously granted PTO request. College Muscle Movers does not, as a general practice, permit the use of Unpaid Leave.
